Walmart Auto Care Centers at 1100 North 1st Street, Jesup, Georgia.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Jesup Ga tire center. They opened at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. I was there at 7:30 am and was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs to put on my 4 new tires, which i ordered from wal-mart online, and to change my oil. I was told there was only 2 people working that day which was ridiculous for a Saturday morning when most people are off work. I did some shopping which took about an hour and then went to the waiting room for the tire center to wait the additional half hour. I noticed that the lady working on my car kept coming inside to chat with the lady working the counter. She would come inside and get on the computer trying to help everybody that came in even though there was already someone else to do that. But the gross part was her hands were extremely filthy. They were black as smut and she touched the keyboard! But if that wasn't bad enough she went to the cooler where shoppers could get drinks to purchase and touched several drinks trying to decide which one she wanted. Disgusting! The other guy that was working with her would stop and take a smoke break whenever he wanted. I ended up waiting for 2 1/2 hrs. It was 10:45 when they finished with my car. I understand that sometimes things happen which will make things take longer than normal but when the staff is not trying at all then i have a problem. Also, when i got inside my car to leave there was black filth on the drivers door inside in several places. I will think twice about going to this tire center again.

Could barely drive my truck after having the tires balanced. I had them balanced 3 times before they got it right and each time i brought it back, they acted like I was crazy. Poor customer service and very poor mechanics
